
Elisha Jolma began her career in the mortgage banking industry from 2004 to 2013, excelling in a wide range of loans including construction, portfolio, home equity, construction-to-perm, VA, FHA, conventional loans, and more. During the recession, she took the opportunity to broaden her expertise in various areas of banking. In 2014, she transitioned into real estate, joining Coldwell Banker, where she ranked in the top 5% of top producers. By 2020, she fulfilled a longtime goal by founding Sho'me Real Estate, an independently owned and operated firm.
At Sho'me Real Estate, Elisha works alongside Briana Jolma, her transaction coordinator with 17 years of real estate experience, who manages compliance and transaction correspondence. Over the years, Elisha has built a trusted network of contractors, appraisers, inspectors, lenders, and title and escrow officers. Her five-star reviews on Google reflect her dedication to providing exceptional service. Elisha helps her clients make strategic decisions, suggesting minor improvements to maximize equity while advising sellers to avoid costly upgrades that don’t significantly impact appraisals.

Heck, I’ve now sold to kids who are adults that were once little when I sold to their parents. That means everything to me."

Often referred to as the "Chip and Joanna Gaines of Southwest Washington," Elisha takes pride in transforming homes and helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
Elisha has always made it a strict rule that the last two weeks of the year are dedicated to business planning and spending the holidays with her family. She strategically maps out her vacations around school year holidays so that she can travel when the rest of her community is out of school. Traveling and seeing the world are important to her, and making memories with her little girl, Rae Eleanor, is her top priority. Elisha's empire is Jesus first, her daughter’s legacy second, then her real estate boutique and clients' happiness third. Everything else comes after that.
